| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者踝肱指数（ABI）与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法根据糖化血红蛋白的水平把72例糖尿病患者分成DM1组和DM2组,与35例对照组ABI、空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）、空腹血清胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）进行对照,并对ABI和HOMA-IR进行相关性分析。结果2型糖尿病患者的ABI值与FBG（r=-0.43,P〈0.05）、HbA1C（r=-0.52,P〈0.01）和HOMA-IR（r=-0.48,P〈0.05）呈显著负相关。结论2型糖尿病患者的ABI值与血糖控制程度和胰岛素抵抗密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between lower extremity arterial disease and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 72 diabetic patients were divided into DM1 group and DM2 group according to HbA1C. ABI,FBG,HbA1C,F-INS and HOMA-IR were measured on 72 subjects with type 2 diabetes and 35 control subjects. Correlation analysis was conducted between ABI and HOMA-IR. Results ABI had negative relation with FBG （r =-0.43, P〈0.05 ） ,HbA1C （r =-0.52, P〈0.01 ） ,HOMA-IR （ r = -0.48, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The changes of ABI in type 2 diabetes mellitus were in close relationship with the level of blood sugar and insulin resistance. |
