穴位刺激防治含顺铂方案化疗患者消化道副反应的临床研究进展

近年来恶性肿瘤发病率逐年升高,抗肿瘤药物不断更新,化疗在肿瘤治疗过程的各个阶段不可或缺。然而,化疗药物所致的消化道副反应却是临床治疗十分棘手的难题之一,尤其在含有顺铂的联合化疗方案中更常见,严重的恶心呕吐影响化疗的顺利进行。因此改善化疗药物所致的消化道副反应,不仅可以有效改善肿瘤患者的生活质量,而且对于提高肿瘤患者的化疗耐受性具有重大的意义。早期中医治疗化疗药消化道副反应临床研究多为针刺单穴或电针,近年来该领域取得了一定的成就,因此本研究分别从穴位注射、穴位按压、单纯针刺、灸法、电针等方面将近10年来相关临床研究概述如下。

Point Stimulation for Prevention and Treatment of Side Effect of Gastrointestinal Tract among Patients of Chemotherapy with Cisplafin

In these years with tumor incidence increasing, antitumor drugs continually are renovated, and chem- otherapy was imperative following all the stages of treatment. However, how to deal with side effect of gastroin- testinal tract during chemotherapy was a tough problem, especially chemotherapy with Cisplatin, because of se- vere nausea and vomiting might cause patients to stop chemotherapy. Therefore, relieving side effect of gastroin- testinal tract during chemotherapy is very important, which is not only to improve patients＇ quality of life, but also to increase patients＇ chemotherapy tolerance. Recently, traditional Chinese medicine gains certain a- chievement in this field. We summarize these clinic researches from point injection, acupuncture point press, acupuncture, moxibustion and electric acupuncture.
