温和灸治疗高脂血症的疗效及与穴区局部氧分压关系的研究

目的:探讨温和灸降血脂和对临床症状的改善效应、血脂与氧分压的关系以及温和灸与氧分压的关系。方法:对30例原发性高脂血症患者采用温和灸神阙和双侧足三里穴的方法治疗,每个穴位10 min,隔天治疗,在治疗前、治疗1.5个月后、治疗3个月后分别进行血脂检测、氧分压检测并记录中医症状分级量表,进行统计学分析。结果:温和灸治疗3个月后TC、TG水平均降低(P<0.05);温和灸治疗1.5月及3个月均可分别升高氧分压的基础值、灸时值、灸后值(P<0.05);灸前、灸时、灸后氧分压比较差异没有显著性意义(P<0.05),大致呈下降趋势;TG、TC在治疗前、治疗1.5个月后、治疗3个月后均与氧分压呈负相关;3个月后肢麻沉重症状积分变化量与氧分压基础值变化量呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:温和灸可以降低患者血脂,对防治高脂血症并发症尤其是动脉粥样硬化有一定的功效。血脂和氧分压之间具有相关性,温和灸不能改变灸前、灸时、灸后氧分压,但经过一段时间的治疗能升高氧分压。

Mild Moxibustion for Hyperlipidemia and Its Relationship with Point Area Local Oxygen Partial Pressure

Objective ：To explore mild moxibustion on reducing blood lipid, improving clinical symptoms, the relation between blood lipid and oxygen partial pressure and the relation between mild moxibustion and oxygen partial pressure. Methods：Thirty cases were treated with mild moxibustion RN8 and ST36, each point 10 mi- nutes, to treat the next day. Before treatment, treatment after 1.5 months and treatment after 3 months we recor- ded the blood lipid, oxygen partial pressure and TCM syndrome score. Finally we conducted statistical analysis to assess the result. Results： The research results displayed that mild moxibustion could reduce TC alter 1.5 months＇ treatment. Although the improvement of TG was not significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）, it had a decreasing trenden- cy. After 3 months＇ treatment TG and TC were reduced with a significance（P 〈 0.05）. After 1.5 months＇ and 3 months＇ treatment the base value of oxygen partial pressure, value during and after mild moxibustion therapeutic had been raised with a significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the measurement of oxygen partial pressure, the above values had a decreasing trendency without a significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. TG and TC had a negative correlation with oxygen partial pressure. After the treatment the scores of lower limbs numbness, dizziness, top - heaviness, chest distress and palpitation were decreased with a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The changes of lower limbs numbness and the base value of oxygen partial pressure had a positive correlation. Conclusion ： Mild mox- ibustion therapy is an effective treatment in hyperlipidemia. It can reduce the blood lipid, improve clinical symp- toms and prevent the complications especially the atherosclerosis. We also find that the blood and the oxygen partial pressure have a correlation. Although during the mild moxibustion treatment there is no significant differ- ence of the oxygen partial pressure after a period of treatment, it has been raised .
