针刺配合温和灸治疗急性期重症周围性面瘫疗效观察

目的:观察针刺配合温和灸治疗急性期重症周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(33例)。对照组采用单纯针刺方法,治疗组在普通针刺基础上,在翳风穴加用温和灸,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为88.6%(31/35),对照组的总有效率为66.7%(22/33),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组平均治愈时间13天,对照组平均治愈时间21天,治疗组平均治疗时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温和灸配合针刺治疗早期重症面瘫,疗效可靠,有效减少治疗天数,缩短疗程,减少患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Acupuncture with Mild Moxibustion in the treatment of Severe Peripheral Facial Paralysis at Acute Period

Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupuncture with mild moxibustion in the treatment of severe peripheral facial paralysis at acute period. Methods：68 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group（ 35 cases）and the control group（ 33 cases）. The comparison group used the simple acupuncture method, the treatment group was on the basis of ordinary acupuncture, mild moxibustion was also used at Yifeng point, observe clinical curative effect of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6% （31/35）, and the comparison group of the total effective rate was 66.7% （22/33）. The curative effect of treat- ment group was better than that of comparison group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The results of mild moxibustion with acupuncture in the treatment of severe facial paralysis at early staye were reliable, which can also effective- ly reduce the treatment of days, shorten the period of treatment, reduce pain and it is worth clinical application.
