| 摘 要： | 目的:评估血清乙型肝炎大蛋白(HBV-LP)在慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者抗病毒疗效评估中的临床价值.方法:120例CHB患者经恩替卡韦治疗96周.分别于用药0、12、24、36、48、72和96周检测HBV-LP和HBV DNA.结果:CHB患者中治疗前HBV-LP与HBV DNA阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在抗病毒治疗中,HBV-LP与HBV DNA降低呈一致趋势(P<0.01),HBV-LP含量与HBV DNA拷贝数呈明显正相关关系(P<0.01).结论:血清HBV-LP检测为抗病毒疗效评估提供有效参考指标.

The significance of hepatitis B virus large protein in evaluating the effects of antiviral treatment in chronic hepatitis B |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the significance of hepatitis B virus large protein ( HBV-LP ) in antiviral treatment of chronic hepatitis B( CHB) . Methods:One hundred and twenty CHB patients were treated with entecavir for 96 weeks. The serum levels of HBV-LP and HBV DNA were detected at 0,12,24,36,48,72 and 96 weeks of treatment. Results:The differences of the positive rate of HBV-LP and HBV DNA in CHB patients were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). During antivirus therapy,the declining of HBV-LP was similar to HBV DNA(P <0. 01). The content of HBV-LP was positive correlation with HBV DNA copies(P <0. 01). Conclusions:The detection of HBV-LP can provide an effective index in evaluating antiviral treatment. |
