| 摘 要： | 在牙科治疗中,玷污层是牙体切割预备过程中的必然产物,临床上学者们主张用两种或两种以上化学冲洗剂去除玷污层.本文就近几年临床常用的次氯酸钠联合EDTA（乙二胺四乙酸）应用在牙科治疗中的作用机制及研究进展做一综述.

| Abstract: | During dental treatment, smear layer is one kind of the inevitable product from preparation process cutting tooth, clinical researchers advocate using two or more than two kinds of chemical cleaning agent to remove smear layer. This title summarized the recent years clinical commonly used sodiu, hypochlorite combined with EDTA （ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid） in the dental treatment mechanism and research progress. |
