VEGF在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者血清VEGF水平的临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法检测40例非小细胞肺癌患者和随机选择的40例健康成年人的VEGF水平。结果非小细胞肺癌组的VEGF水平（16.26±1.98）μg/L显著高于正常成年组（10.87±1.93）μg/L,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。血清VEGF水平随TNM分期进展明显升高;有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者（P〈0.01）;低分化NSCLC患者血清VEGF含量高于高中分化者（P〈0.05）。结论血清VEGF水平可作为非小细胞肺癌病人诊断、转移、预后的评价指标。

VEGF Expression and Its Clinical Significance in Non-small Cell Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the non-small cell lung cancer clinical significance of serum VEGF levels.Method Of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）assay VEGF levels 40 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients and randomly selected40 healthy adults.Results VEGF levels of non-small cell lung cancer group（16.26±1.98）ug/L was significantly higher than in normal adult（10.87±1.93）ug/L,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Serum VEGF levels were significantly increased with the progress of the TNM staging;with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis（P0.01）;serum VEGF levels in patients with poorly differentiated NSCLC were higher than high school（P0.05）.Conclusion：Serum VEGF levels can diagnose lung cancer as non-small cell transfer,evaluation and prognosis.
