摘 要: | 自噬是不同于凋亡的另一种程序性细胞死亡。它可以清除体内的异常蛋白质、病原微生物以及一些受损的细胞器。另外在清除上述物质的同时,自噬还可以促进细胞衰老和细胞表面抗原的表达,维持基因组的稳定性和防止坏死,在预防一些疾病中有重要作用,如肿瘤、神经退化性疾病及免疫系统疾病等。本文就自噬在分子水平上是如何调控以及与疾病相关性做一简要综述。

Abstract: | Autophagy is another programmed cell death different from apoptosis.It can clear abnormal proteins,pathogens and some damaged organelles of the body.Further,while the removal of the substances above,it can also promote the expression of autophagic cell senescence and cell surface antigens,to maintain genomic stability and to prevent necrosis,it have an important role in the prevention of several diseases,such as cancer,neurodegenerative diseases and immune system diseases.This article make a brief overview of autophagy at the molecular level and correlation with disease. |
