LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变125例临床分析

目的探讨宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）在宫颈上皮内瘤变中的诊断与治疗价值。方法对阴道镜下宫颈活检诊断为宫颈上皮内瘤变的125例患者行LEEP术并行随访分析,LEEP术后标本再次送病理检查,观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复情况及诊断符合率。结果 LEEP术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变手术时间短、出血少、术后恢复快,阴道镜下宫颈活检病理与LEEP术后病理差异有统计学意义。结论LEEP在宫颈上皮内瘤变的治疗中,是一种安全有效的治疗方式,既可以避免手术范围不够,又可以避免过度治疗,同时也可以弥补阴道镜下宫颈活检的不足,提高宫颈病变的诊断率。是目前诊断和治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的较好的方法。

Clinical Observation of Treatment of in 125 Patients with LEEP

Objective To evaluate the loop electrosurgical excision procedure（ LEEP） in the diagnosis and treatmentof cervical in traepithelial neoplasia（ CIN）. Method The colposcopic cervical biopsy for the diagnosis of 125 cases of LEEP in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were followed up and analyzed,After LEEP specimen for pathological examination again,observe the operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative recovery and the diagnostic accordance rate. Result LEEP in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of shorter operation time,less bleeding,faster postoperative recovery,colposcopy and cervical biopsy and postoperative pathology in LEEP have certain differences. Conclusion Treatment of LEEP in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,it is a safe and effective treatment,can avoid the operation range is not enough,and can avoid over treatment,also can make up for the deficiency of cervical biopsy under colposcope,increase the rate of cervical lesions. Was a good method for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
