三维适形放疗联合同步化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌66例观察及护理

目的总结三维适形放疗（3DCRT）联合同步5-FU、DDP化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌护理经验，探讨肿瘤定位、三维适形放疗、一体化后装治疗、5-FU、DDP同步化疗的健康教育和护理经验。方法针对66例晚期宫颈癌行3DCRT治疗，加一体化后装治疗、5-FU、DDP同步化疗，对患者心理变化、肿瘤治疗的急性不良反应进行评估，并给予干预。结果患者症状明显改善．疗效明显提高。近期不良反应主要表现为胃肠道、泌尿生殖系统反应及骨髓抑制，经恰当医疗护理干预取得良好效果。结论三维适形放疗联合同步化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌可以取得较好的效果，做好心理护理、毒性反应观察和处理是保证治疗方案顺利进行的必要条件。

The effects of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy in treatment of advanced cervical cancer:A clinical observation and nursing of 66 cases

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) combined with concurrent chemotherapy of 5-FU and DDP in treatment of advanced cervical cancer.To discuss the health education and nursing experience of tumor location,three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,integrated brachy raditherapy and concurrent chemotherapy of 5-FU and DDP.Methods Sixty-six patients with advanced cervical cancer received 3DCRT,integrated brachy raditherapy and concurrent chemotherapy of 5-FU and DDP.The psychological changes and acute adverse reactions were evaluated and intervened.Results The symptoms and clinical curative effect were improved significantly;Recent adverse effects were gastrointestinal and genitourinary system responses,and bone marrow suppression.All patients achieved good results with proper medical care.Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer can obtain good effect;good psychological nursing,observation and treatment of toxic reactions were essential to ensure the smooth progress of the treatment plan.
