中药补骨脂有效成分含量测定

目的:测定不同炮制方法下各购买地的补骨脂药材炮制前后补骨脂素(Psoralen)和异补骨脂素(isop-soralen)的含量,并进行比较,对各地药材质量作以评价。方法:应用雷公、盐炙1]两种炮制方法对13个购买地的补骨脂药材进行炮制。应用索氏提取法对各炮制品及生品进行提取,应用HPLC法进行含量测定。结果:炮制前后补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量有变化,不同购买地的补骨脂药材中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量有差异。结论:不同购买地药材质量有所不同,不同炮制方法对补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量有影响。

Quantitative Determination of the Effective Constituents in Psoralea corylifolia L.

Objective: Evaluate the quality of the herb by determining and comparing the contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in the processed and the crude.Methods: Psoralea corylifolia L.from thirteen different habits were processed with Leigong method and salt-processed method.The processed and the crude were extracted with soxhlet extraction.The contents were determined by HPLC.Results: The contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in the processed and the raw were changed.So were the contents of psoralen and isopsoralen from different habits.Conclusion: The quality of Psoralea corylifolia L.from different habits was different.The contents of psoralen and isopsoralen were affected by the different preparing procedures.
