| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨产后抑郁症的相关因素。方法:采用自编产妇一般情况调查表、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)对210例产妇进行产后抑郁症及其相关因素调查。结果:产后抑郁症的发生率为11%;产妇的年龄、婚姻满意度、新生儿Apgar评分、家庭经济状况为产后抑郁症的影响因素(P<0.05、P<0.005),新生儿性别与产后抑郁症无关(P>0.05)。结论:产后抑郁症有较高的发生率,其影响因素应引起产科医护人员的重视。 |
