| 摘 要： | 对50例正常老年人及75例陈旧性心肌梗塞(OMI)患者应用体表信号叠加心电图检测心室晚电位(VLP)的结果作了分析,进而探讨了 VLP 检测与心肌梗塞及/或室性心律失常的关系。结果表:OMI 并室壁瘤患者的 VLP 检出率明显高于无室壁瘤患者(5/12对11/63),OMI 伴室性心律失常患者的 VLP 检出率明显高于 OMI 无室性心律失常患者(13/23对3/52),MI 患者作 VLP 检测,对于预报室性心律失节及判别高危病人确有价值.

| Abstract: | Using signal-averaged electrocardiogram,the ventricular
late potential(VLP)in 50 elder normal men and in 75 patients
with old myocardial infarction(OMI)were determined.The re-
sults were analysed,and the relation between VLP and/or ven-
tricular arrhythmia was investigated.The data suggested that
positive detection rate of VLP in OMI patients complicated with
ventricular wall aneurysm was higher than in those without ven-
tricular wall aneurysm(5/12 vs.11/63),and so was it in pa-
tients complicated with ventricular arrhythmias than those with-
out(13/23 vs.3/52).Then,the detection of VLP in patients
with MI was valuable in predicting onsets of ventricular ar-
rhythmias and in recognizing patients in high risks. |
