| 腓总神经医源性损伤的临床分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨医源性腓总神经损伤的成因和预防对策。方法 回顾性复习2005—07～2006-07收治的8例医源性腓总神经损伤，分析其发生原因。结果 8例获明确诊断后分别给予相应的治疗，所有患者均随访3～6个月，优4例，良3例，差1例。结论 医源性腓总神经损伤很常见，采取针对易发因素的预防措施对避免此病的发生具有非常积极的意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the risk factors and corresponding countermeasure for iatrogenic personeal nerve injury. Methods From July 2005 to July 2006,8 cases of iatrogenic common personeal nerve injury were analyzed retrospectively , etiology and countermeasure were emphasized. Results 8 cases were diagnosed and given corresponding treatment, all patients were followed up for 3-6 months , outcomes were assessed as excellent of 4 cases , good of 3 cases , poor of 1 case. Conclusion Iatrogenic personeal nerve injury is common,it is very positive to avoiding this disease. |
