异长春花碱、异环磷酰胺和顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床分析

目的：观察异长春花碱（NVB）、异环磷酰胺（IFO）和顺铂（DDP）联合化疗（即NIP方案），治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法：64例晚期非小细胞肺癌，随机分为NIP组和MVP组。结果：NIP 有效率54．5％，WVP组有效率38．7％，两组无显著性差异（P＝0．0903）。NIP组中位生存期为10个月，而MVP组为7个组，两组无差异（P＞0．05）。两组毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐和脱发，但无疔耐受。结论：异长春花碱、异环磷酰胺和顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌具有较好的疗效，毒副作用可以耐受。

A Clinical Study on the Combined Chemotherapy of Navelbine, Ifosfamide and Cis platin in the Treatment for Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of NIP(NVB+IFO+DDP)regimen in the treatment for advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Sixty four cases with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into NIP regimen group and MVP regimen group.The results showed that the response rates of NIP group and MVP group were 54.5% and 38.7% respectively.There was no statistical significant difference between them(P=0.0903).The median survival time was 10 months in NIP group,and 7 months in MVP group(P>0.05).The major side effects were leucopenia,nausea and alopenia in both groups.[Conclusions]The Combined chemotherapy of navelbine,ifosfamide and cisplatin is a convenient,effective and well tolerated regimen in the treatment for advanced NSCLC.
