| 摘 要： | 目的:总结治疗与护理新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)高压氧治疗的效果.方法:将HIE 78例随机分为治疗组和对照组,通过对入高压氧舱前、中、后的观察与护理,判定疗效.结果:治疗组疗效显著.结论:高压氧治疗HIE能提高疗效,治疗越早,效果越好.但新生儿反应差,病情变化快,因此,需专人护理,密切观察病情变化.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate for the result about hyper baric oxygen therapy of new born hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Method: 78 cases had been divided randomly into two groups,treatment group and control group.We had undergone clinical observation and nursing before,during,after oxygen treatment,then analyzed result.Result: Treatment group show better result.Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve treatment result.the sooner,the better.In the meantime we should take close observation for condition change. |
