| 摘 要： | 近年,胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)及其结合蛋白1(IGFBP-1)在产科领域中的作用与应用逐渐被认识。IGF-1是一种重要的组织生长因子,具有类胰岛素及促有丝分裂作用。IGFBP-1作为一种内分泌因子,在妊娠的不同时期,通过其含量和磷酸化程度的变化来调节IGF-1,与妊娠高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、胎儿生长发育异常等妊娠期疾病以及胎膜早破、预测早产密切相关。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the roles and application of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and its binding protein-1(IGFBP-1) in the field of obstetrics has been gradually recognized.IGF-1 is an important tissue growth factor that has an insulin-like and mitogenic effect.IGFBP-1,as an endocrine factor,in different periods of pregnancy,through its content and extent of phosphorylation to regulate IGF-1.It is closely associated with gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes,abnormal fetal growth,and gestational diseases,such as premature rupture of membrane and preterm labor. |
