| 摘 要： | 目的对细叶杜香乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为七叶内酯,对羟基苯甲酸,槲皮素,金丝桃苷。结论对羟基苯甲酸为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the extracts of Ledum palustre L.Var.Angustum E.Busch from acetoacetate.Methods Column chromatography was used to separate and purify the chemical constituents.The structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as aesculetin (1),p-hydroxybenzoic acid (2),quercetin (3) and hyperoside (4).Conclusion P-hydruxybenzoic acid was first isolated from this plant. |
