经皮冠状动脉介入术后并发症的防治及护理

目的:探讨冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者进行相应护理措施对术后并发症的影响.方法:将375例冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者随机分为实验组188例和对照组187例,实验组采用自身设计的调查表对患者进行心理和术后健康指导,对照组仅进行常规术后护理.观察两组患者心律失常、局部出血情况、血管迷走神经反射、心绞痛、深静脉血栓形成、肾功能损害、局部感染情况等.结果:实验组穿刺处出血、心律失常、迷走神经反射、心绞痛出现次数等均较对照组减少,患者住院时间明显缩短(P＜0.05).结论:对冠状动脉介入治疗患者进行针对性心理护理和健康指导对预防术后并发症具有重要意义.

Prevention of postoperative complications after percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy and nursing care

Objective: To explore corresponding nursing measures to postoperative complications after percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy.Methods: Three hundred and seventy five patients with percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy were randomly divided into experiment group(n=188) and control group(n=187).Psychological instruction and health education were carried out by the self-designed questionnaire in the experiment group and routine nursing care was taken in the control group.Observation was made on arrhythmia,partial hemorrhage,vasovagal reflex,angina,deep vein thrombosis,renal functional impairment and local infection.Results: The occurrence of hemorrhage in puncture site,arrhythmia,vasovagal reflex and angina were less in the experiment group than that in the control group.The days in hospital were markedly cut(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is very important to give patients proper psychological instruction and health education in the prevention of postoperative complications after percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy.
