急性压迫性颈脊髓损伤的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的根据受压脊髓的病理特点及神经电生理变化的相关性,建立急性压迫性颈脊髓损伤动物模型。方法首先对兔的颈椎做了详细的解剖学研究,根据矢状径选用不同型号的球囊,新西兰大耳白兔32只,随机分为对照组、轻度压迫组、中度压迫组和重度压迫组,每组8只。轻度压迫组、中度压迫组和重度压迫组为实验组,分别将直径为1.0 mm、2.0 mm和3.0 mm的球囊导入至C6~7平面,造成轻、中、重三种程度的脊髓压迫性损伤。记录不同时间的皮层体感诱发电位(CSEP)波形;切取损伤节段的脊髓标本行组织病理学切片观察和电镜观察。结果脊髓病理组织学改变、诱发电位变化与脊髓损伤具有明显的相关性,神经元细胞损伤数目越多,白质纤维脱髓鞘越重,CSEP的潜伏期延长和波幅降低越明显。结论本研究对实验性动物颈脊髓急性压迫模型进行了有益的改进和探索。提供了科学的实验资料,为颈髓的压迫增加了准确性,而且使实验简单化、标准化。
