53味治疗白癜风中药水提物对蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的:研究治疗白癜风的53味中药对蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性的影响。方法:采用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法测定酪氨酸酶活性,反应物2mL,37℃孵育10min后,加0.15%DL-多巴1mL,再孵育2min,用分光光度计于475nm处测定吸光度A值(A475)。共分为4组,每种药物实验均重复3次。结果:生地黄、沙苑子、苍耳子等47味中药有上调蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性的作用。结论:上调酪氨酸酶活性的中药对临床治疗白癜风具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of 53 traditional Chinese medicine treating Vitiligo on the mushroom tyrosinase activity.Methods: Dopamine oxidation rate method was adopted to determine the activity of tyrosinase.2mL reactive materials were incubated at 37℃ for 10min,and then add 0.15% DL-Dopa,incubated for 2min one more time,at last determined their absorbance with spectrophotometer at 475nm.These medicines were divided into 4 groups and each of them repeated steps above 3 times.Results: 47 traditional Chinese medicines including Radix Rehmanniae Exsiccata,Astragali Complanati Semen,Fructus Xanthii could up regulate the tyrosinase activity.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicines with the up regulation effect of tyrosinase activity have important conference value to Vitiligo treatment.
