| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肝郁脾虚证大鼠模型肝脏的差异基因表达。方法:大鼠随机分为正常对照组、肝郁脾虚证模型组2组,每组12只。采用慢性束缚+过度疲劳+饮食失节法,连续28d造模,正常对照组不予处理。于制模第29d,处杀2组大鼠,待测肝脏全基因探查。结果:肝郁脾虚证模型大鼠肝脏差异表达的基因59个,其中上调基因27个,下调基因32个。在上调的27个基因中,目前已知的功能基因有Scd1、Dbp、Upp2、Slc28a2、Sds、Hpn、Gldc、Tm7sf2、Gcat。结论:肝郁脾虚证存在异常基因表达,涉及脂类代谢、糖代谢等多个方面。提示多个基因的异常表达可能是中医肝郁脾虚证的分子基础。 |
