溃疡性结肠炎患者食物不耐受检测结果初步分析

摘    要:
目的:探讨食物不耐受与溃疡性结肠炎(UC)之间的关系。方法:对符合UC诊断标准的71例患者,检测血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体。结果:UC患者对14种食物的不耐受率范围为1.4%(鸡肉、蘑菇)-38%(蛋黄蛋白),其中鳕鱼、蟹、大豆、西红柿4种食物存在性别差异(P<0.05),不同年龄组之间青少年组、壮年组及老年组对牛奶、大米不耐受性整体比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05),组间比较均存在多种不耐受食物的统计学差异。结论:食物不耐受与UC发生发展存在一定关联,且不同性别、年龄组间存在差异性;通过检测食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体,可以指导UC的饮食治疗。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the relationship between food intolerance and ulcerative colitis(UC).Method: In 71 patients with ulcerative colitis,we semi-quantitatively measured specific IgG antibody to 14 food allergens in the serum.Results: In tests of 14 foods,the ratio of food intolerance was form 1.4%(chicken,mushroom) to 38%(egg).The differences between women and men were in Codfish,Crab,Soybean and Tomato(P<0.05).In all groups,these were significant statistical differences on intolerance of Milk and Rice(P<0...
