| 摘 要： | 文章着手于中医证候客观化研究现状,从四诊信息采集、证候群特异性生物学基础研究、中医证候模型的建立以及证候辨证方法客观化4个方面进行阐述,提出四诊信息客观化是中医证候客观化的前提;系统生物学和生物信息分析技术的快速发展为证候生物学物质基础的探索提供了可行条件;方证结合和建立证候动物模型是证候研究的重要突破口;复杂系统理论为辨证客观化提供新方法。证候客观化研究应当从中医整体性出发,多学科交叉共同参与。 |
