| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效与安全性.方法 将120例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为卡维地洛组和美托洛尔组各60例,疗程为半年,观察疗效及不良反应.结果 卡维地洛组治疗效果明显好于美托洛尔组(P＜0.05),两组不良反应均轻微,且差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 卡维地洛用于慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果优于美... |
