| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃镜下射频联合中西药物对疣状胃炎的疗效。方法将经胃镜诊断且幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的182例疣状胃炎患者随机分为A组和B组,每组91例。B组胃镜下对所有成熟型疣状病灶行射频治疗,术后给予Hp根除治疗,A组在此基础上结合自制中药片"胃特安"治疗。比较疣状病灶治愈率、Hp根除率及组织学改变情况。结果两组Hp根除率分别为93.4%和92.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但A组治疗总有效率、异型增生及肠上皮化生逆转率要高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频灼除疣状病灶、西药根除Hp、中药综合治疗,具有疗效好、操作方便,可以明显逆转肠上皮化生、异型增生,值得进一步研究和推广。
