| 摘 要： | 目的:比较3种中医治法对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜细胞增殖的影响,并探讨其机制。方法:采用以化学损伤为主的综合法复制大鼠胃癌前病变模型,将大鼠随机分为正常对照组和造模组,造模成功后再将造模组分为模型对照组、健脾益气组、活血化瘀组、养阴荣络组,中药治疗6周,采用免疫组织化学的方法检测大鼠胃黏膜组织内细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)及细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)的表达情况。结果:与正常对照组相比,各参加造模大鼠胃黏膜细胞的增殖指数PI(%)、PCNA和Cyclin D1的表达量显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型对照组相比,3个用药组增殖指数PI、PCNA和Cyclin D1表达量均明显减低(P<0.05)。3个用药组之间进行两两比较,也具有显著性差异(P<0.05),且以养阴荣络组最低。结论:3种治法均可抑制大鼠胃黏膜细胞的增殖,其作用以养阴荣络方最佳,其机制与降低PCNA及Cyclin D1在大鼠胃黏膜细胞内的表达有关。
