18例闭合性十二指肠损伤的临床分析

目的:探讨闭合性十二指肠损伤的临床特点、诊断方法和手术治疗。方法:回顾分析18例十二指肠损伤患者的临床资料。结果:18例十二指肠损伤患者中13例为腹部多发伤,全部病例均进行手术治疗,术后并发症发生率16.7%,病死率5.6%。结论:早期诊断,及时手术,规范探查,合理的手术方式以及有效的十二指肠减压和引流是提高治愈率减少术后并发症的关键。

Clinical Study of Closed Duodenal Injury: A 18-cases Report

Objective:To explore the clinical features,early diagnosis and operative treatment of closed duodenal injury.Meth- ods:The clinical data of 18 patients with duodenal injury were analysed retrospectively.Results:Among 18 panents.13 patients were complicated by additional injuries in other organs all patients were treated by operation.The frequency of the post opera- tire complications was 18.8%,and the curative rate was 16.7%,and the mortality was 5.6%.Conclusion:Early diagnosis, maslenly surgical exploration indication,selectiny suitable operative approach,effective duodtal decompression and sufficient drainage can improve the curative rate and reduce the postoperative complications of duodenal injury.
