| 摘 要： | 目的 比较2种人工气道气囊压力的测定方法。方法 采自身对照法测100例患者人工气道气囊压力：采用普通血压计与德国产VBM专用气囊测压表测量，比较测定的结果。结果 资料经统计学检验，Z值=-1．300，P值=0．194，P〉0．05，2种方法比较差异无显著性。结论 普通血压计同样可准确测定人工气道气囊压力。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare two kinds of methods of measuring artifical airway ballonet pressure. Methods Measuring the artifical airway ballonet pressure among 100 patients by normal sphygmomanometer and VBM respectively, and then compared the results by auto- control. Results There were no significant difference between the results which had obtained by two methods, Z = - 0. 300, P = 0. 194. Conclusion Normal sphygmomanometer can effective measure the artifical airway hallonet pressure. |
