雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡47例

目的:总结雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效.方法:随机将88例消化性溃疡患者分为两组,治疗组47例,用雷贝拉唑20 mg,po,qd,对照组41例,用奥美拉唑20 mg,po,qd,疗程均为4周.结果:治疗组和对照组的溃疡愈合率分别为91.5%和90.2%,有效率为97.9%和95.1%,消化道症状消失率分别为95.7%和92.7%,差异均无显著性(P＞0.05),而4周内溃疡性疼痛消失率分别为100.0%和86.8%,3 d内疼痛消失率分别为82.2%和50.0%,1周内疼痛消失率分别为95.6%和76.3%,差异均有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:雷贝拉唑是治疗消化性溃疡中较好的质子泵抑制药.

Rabeprazole in Treating Peptic Ulcer in Forty-seven Patients

Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods: 88 peptic ulcer patients were devided randomly into two groups: Forty-seven patients in the treatment group were treated with rabeprazole 20 mg qd p. o, and forty-one patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole 20 mg qd p. o. The whole course lasted four weeks. Results: The results showed that the ulcer healing rate was 91.5% in the treatment group and 90.2% in the control group, while the effective rate was 97.9% and 95.1 % respectively. The vanishing rate of symptoms (acid fluid backflow, heartburn and eructation) was 95.1% and92. 7% . The difference was unremarkable (P > 0. 05) . Ulcer-related pain relief rate after 4-week treatment was different significantly between the two groups, being 100.0% and 86.8% respectively. The pain relief rate after treatment of 3 days was 82.2% and50. 0% respectively. The pain relief rate after a week treatment was 95. 6% and 76. 3% respectively. The difference was remarkable ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion: Rabeprazole is a rather good proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
