| 摘 要： | 目的观察重组人红细胞生成素(Epo)治疗恶性肿瘤贫血(MTA)的效果.方法治疗组18例患者使用rHuEpo 3000U每周2～3次皮下注射,连续治疗8 wk.对照组19例患者采用输血和一般支持疗法.结果Epo治疗组血红蛋白上升明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论Epo治疗MTA有效.

| Abstract: | AIM To observe the effect of recombinant human erythropietin (rHuEpo) in treating malignant tumour anemia(MTA). METHODS 18 cases of treated group were treated with rHuEpo ( 3 000 U, two to three times every week for 8 weeks). 19 cases of control group were treatde with the blood transfusion and support care.RESULTS The increased Hb of treated group is more higher than that of control group( P<0 01 ). CONCLUSION rHuEpo is effective in treating MTA. |
