皮肤软组织扩张法全耳再造围手术期护理

目的探讨先天性小耳畸形皮肤软组织扩张法全耳再造术围手术期的护理特点。方法我院收治先天性小耳畸形患者共34例,患侧外耳廓缺如,残存不规则皮赘,内有不规则软骨,外耳道闭锁。均采用皮肤软组扩张法行全耳再造术。结果 34例伤口愈合良好,重建耳廓形态与键侧接近,双侧基本对称,患者对术后效果满意。结论先天性小耳畸形采用皮肤软组织扩张法全耳再造术,效果满意,围手术期护理很重要。

Perioperative Nursing for the Congenital Microtia Patients Treated by Auricle Reconstruction

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing care of the congenital microtia patients treated by auricle reconstruction via skin soft tissue expansion.Methods A total of 34 congenital microtia patients were enrolled.The gross characteristics included auricle deficiency,residual cartilage and skin,aural atresia,and so on.All patients received auricle reconstructed in second stage after skin soft tissue expansion.Results 34 cases were achieved wound healing well.The reconstructed auricle looks like the normal one and bilateral symmetry.The satisfactory result was obtained in all 34 patients.Conclusions The second-stage auricle reconstruction can achieve ideal results for the congenital microtia patients after skin soft tissue expansion.And the perioperative nursing care would play an important role.
