Survivin在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及临床病理特征

目的探讨Survivin在喉鳞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用SP免疫组化检测Survivin在喉鳞癌组织及正常组织中的表达，并进一步分析喉鳞癌组织中Survivin的表达与临床病理指标的关系。结果Survivin在喉鳞癌组织中的阳性率达62．5％，而正常组织中无阳性表达，两组阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。喉癌组织中Survivin的阳性表达与癌肿的分化程度以及肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移关系密切，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。有淋巴结转移者的Survivin的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移者。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Survivin在喉鳞癌组织中的阳性表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度及分期关系密切，一定程度上反映了肿瘤的侵袭程度，因此，可以将其作为一个肿瘤标记物进行有针对性地靶向治疗作为未来研究的发展方向。

Expression of survivin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin in laryngeal squamous carcinoma cell development.Methods By using SP immunohistochemical staining Survivin expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and normal tissues,and further analysis laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma of Survivin expression and clinicopathological parameters of the relationship.Results The positive rate of Survivin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was 62.5%,while no expression in normal tissues,the difference was significant of the positive rate between the two groups(P < 0.05).Laryngeal cancer with positive expression of Survivin in cancer differentiation,and tumor stage,lymph node metastasis are closely related,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Those with lymph node metastasis of Survivin expression was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Survivin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,the positive expression and lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation and stage close to a certain extent reflect the degree of tumor invasion,therefore,can be used as a tumor marker for targeted targeted therapy as a future research direction.
