黛力新对绝经期女性稳定期COPD患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨黛力新对绝经期女性稳定期COPD患者生活质量的影响。方法将入选患者随机分成试验组和对照组，两组均接受规律的信必可都保治疗，试验组在此基础上接受黛力新治疗。观察治疗后疗效。结果治疗后试验组6MWD、FEV1、FEV1％和FEV1／FVC较对照组升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗后试验组SDS、F1、F2、F3和F4较对照组降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论黛力新可以通过改善绝经期女性COPD患者焦虑抑郁状态而提高其生活质量。

The influence of deanxit on the quality of life in postmenopausal patients with stable COPD

Objective To explore the influence of deanxit on the quality of life in postmenopausal patients with stable COPD.Methods Three hundred patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the observation group accepted the treatment of symbicort and deanxit,and the control group received the treatment of symbicort only.The FEV1,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,six minute walking distance(6MWD),quality of life assessment scale and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) were compared at pretreatment and posttreatment of three months.Results Before the therapy,there was no significant difference in the pulmonary function,exercise tolerance,quality of life and the state of depression and anxiety;but after the three months therapy,the above indexes were significantly improved in the observation group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Deanxit could improve the quality of life in COPD menopause patients through improving the anxious and depressive states.
