Postoperative pancreatic fistula(POPF)is one of the most common complications of pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD),which can cause post-operative infection,hemorrhage,reoperation and even death.The survival rate of the patients after PD will increase after reducing the POPF rate.Therfore,the prevention and treatment of POPF has been paid much attention by many surgeons all along.There are many risk factors of POPF,such as systemic factors,operative factors and disease factors,and it is of great value to understand the risk factors for the prevention and treatment of POPF.
