| 摘 要： | 目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取急性脑梗死患者84例,随机分为治疗组42例和对照组42例,对照组进行常规基础治疗;治疗组在常规基础治疗的同时,口服通心络胶囊,4粒/次,l天3次。两组均7天为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率88.09%,对照组为45.24%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction taked remedium basis were randomly divided into therapy group added Tongxinluo capsule and control group only taked remedium basis.Results Clinical effective rate of improving acute cerebral infarction in Tongxinluo capsule group and control group were 88.09% and 45.24% respectively.There was obviously difference in two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. |
