舒血宁治疗椎基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕30例

[目的]观察舒血宁注射液对椎基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕的治疗效果。[方法]采取随机对照方法,对照组30例,采用中药辨证加西比灵胶囊5mg每晚睡前服1次。治疗组30例,在对照组基础上加用舒血宁注射液静滴。观察1疗程14天。疗程结束后分析结果并对病人作治疗前后TCD检查。[结果]治疗组30例,显效21例,有效8例,无效1例,显效率70%,总有效率96%;对照组30例,显效13例,有效11例,无效6例,显效率43%,总有效率80%。两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]舒血宁治疗椎基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕可取得明显临床疗效。

Shuxuening Treatment of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Caused 30 Cases of Vertigo

[ Objective] To observe the effects on blood ning shu vertebrobasilar arterial blood deficiency caused by the therapeutic effect of vertigo. [ Methods] By using randomized method,30 cases in the traditional, add the dialectical 5mg before a capsule. 30 cases in treatment group and control group used blood ning shu injection static drops. [ Observe] 1 treatment after 14 days. Treatment of patients analysis results and TCD ex- amination before and after treatment. Results the treatment group and 21 cases, effective, 8 cases, efficiency, and the total effective rate 70% 96% Control group,30,13 cases,effective 〈 6 cases of 11 patients,invalid, efficiency ,43% 80%. Two group total effectiveness is a statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） , the clinical curative effect of treatment group than in control group. [ Conclusion ] Blood ning shu vertebrobasilar treatment can be obtained by vbi vertigo obviously clinical curative effect.
