摘    要:目的:优选复方山楂降压片中药材的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取液中金丝桃苷的含量以及总固体得率为指标,综合评分优选药材的提取工艺。结果:较优的提取工艺为加水11倍,提取3次,每次2h。结论:优选的提取工艺各活性部位提取率高,操作简便,适用于生产。

Abstract:Objective: To optimal the technology of extraction for compound shanzha jiangya tablets. Method: Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction technology by colligation score and the contents of hyperosicle and total solid matters in water extraction were used as indexes. Result: Eleven volumes of water, extracting 3 times with two hours for each time was considered the optimum extraction technology of herbs. Conclusion: The considerable extraction rate of active components in the drugs is achieved by applying the selected technology, and the simple method is fit for production.
