小儿社区获得性铜绿假单胞菌败血症8例的治疗经验与教训

目的：探讨儿童社区获得性铜绿假单胞菌感染致败血症的发病特点和治疗方法,以提高对该病的认识。方法：综合分析8例儿童铜绿假单胞菌败血症患者的临床资料、实验室检查、治疗和预后。结果：8例患儿院外全部误诊,入院后血培养均有铜绿假单胞菌生长,仅对万古霉素及去甲万古霉素敏感,死亡6例,痊愈2例,死亡率高达75％。结论：铜绿假单胞菌败血症容易误诊而导致早期死亡。一经确诊,应及时根据药敏结果选用敏感抗菌药物,足量足疗程治疗。

Eight Cases Clinical Analysis of Community Acquired Septicemia Caused by Pseudomonas Aeruginose:Experiences and Lessons

Objective:To explore the clinical features and the treatment of community acquired septicemia caused by Pseudomonas aeruginose (PA).
