| 摘 要： | 目的：建立了高效液年相色谱-串联质谱联用方法，用于人参皂苷Rg1、Re浓度的同时测定，以期为三七及其制剂的质量控制提供一定的依据。方法：建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用方法。结果：建立的HPLC／MS／MS方法灵敏高、结果准确、重现性好、操作简便快速。结论：该法准确、灵敏、特异，适用于三七总皂苷及其制剂中人参皂箭Rg1和Re浓度的同时测定。
