薄层液基细胞学检查在宫颈病变中的应用体会

目的:探讨薄层基液细胞学检查在宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法:选择2009年1月—2010年6月在我院妇科门诊进行宫颈癌筛查的女性患者3 656例。患者均先进行薄层基液细胞学检查,对于检查结果诊断为阳性患者则再进行阴道镜下活检以完成组织病理学确诊。结果:薄层基液细胞学检测患者中,呈阳性132例,阳性检出率3.61%。对阳性患者进行阴道活检后其基液细胞学和组织病理学诊断符合率:LSIL病变22例(78.57%);HSIL病变12例(85.71%);SCC病变6例(100%)。结论:采用薄层液基细胞学技术对宫颈癌和癌前病变进行筛查,其能够明显提高标本质量和宫颈病变检出率,同时与组织病理学对照的诊断符合率较高,可进一步推广和临床应用。

Application Experience of Thin-layer Liquid-based Cytology in Cervical Lesions

Objective：To probe of the application value of thin-layer liquid-based cytology in cervical lesions.Methods：Select January 2009-June 2010 in our hospital during the gynecological clinic for cervical cancer screening for women with 3,656 cases.Patients are first base for thin-layer cytology for diagnosis of patients with positive test results are further colposcopic biopsy to complete the histopathological diagnosis.Results：Thin-layer liquid-based cytology test patients,132 patients were positive,the positive detection rate of 3.61%.Positive patients on the basis of vaginal cytology biopsy and pathological diagnosis rate： LSIL lesions were 22 cases（78.57%）;HSIL lesions were 12 cases（85.71%）;SCC lesions in 6 cases（100%）.Conclusion：Thin layer of liquid-based cytology for screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,which can significantly improve the sample quality and detection rate of cervical lesions,and biopsy in the same time the higher rate of diagnosis can be further promoted and clinical application.
