摘    要:
目的 探讨引导式教育康复训练对小儿脑性瘫痪 (cerebralpalsy ,CP)功能促进作用。方法 对 112例CP患儿采用韵律体操程序 ,根据BobathVojta疗法 ,按患儿功能类似及不同年龄分组 ,“以小组形式”对患儿进行Peto引导式教育训练。并对其训练前后功能的改善进行动态观察及效果比较。结果  112例CP患儿引导式教育训练后功能较训练前有显著提高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;正规较非正规训练的效果更好。治疗后DDST -R量表筛查项目功能及获得百分比范围均显著提高 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 引导式教育康复训练能使CP患儿的体能、智能及人格得以发展 ,对正常运动模式的重建具有积极的作用

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of guided education for recovery training on the cerebral palsy (CP) children.Methods 112 CP children from 1.5 to 6 years of age, according to the Bobath Vojta therapy manual, were divided into different groups. CP children were trained and guided by using Peto Rhythm exercise procedure. The effects before and after training were evaluated by using Rusell's Gross Motor Function Measure and Denver Development Screening Test-Revised. Results There was obviously effective (P<0.001) in 112 cerebral palsy kids who finished guided training , and the effects of regular training were better than those of irregular training. The percent range gained from comparing DDST-R screening item showed obvious improvement (P<0.005) after treatment. Conclusion There is an aspiring role of guided education for whole rehabilitative training to CP children in development of physique intelligence and personality, and attaining to the restablishment of the normal motion mode.
