肋骨打孔连续缝合关胸法的临床应用

目的 探讨肋骨打孔连续缝合关胸法在胸部开放手术的应用价值.方法 选择2012年7月至2015年7月安康市中医医院收治的188例胸部开放手术患者,根据关胸方式的不同,分为肋骨打孔连续缝合关胸组(n=96)和传统关胸组(n=92),比较两种关胸方式术中、术后相关指标.结果 肋骨打孔连续缝合关胸组的关胸时间、术后疼痛程度、伤口感染发生率优于传统关胸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者的术后引流量、引流管留置时间、皮下气肿发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 连续缝合关胸法关胸具有关胸时间短、手术后疼痛程度轻的优点,值得临床推广.

The clinical application of rib cage and continuous suture on thoracic surgery

ObjectiveTo search for the application value of the method of rib cage and continuous suture on thoracic surgery .Meth-ods According to the different ways of chest closure ,188 patients with thoracic surgery in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2015 were cho-sen and divided into two groups.One group was treated with the method of rib cage and continuous suture (n=96), the other with the tradi-tional method(n=92).The related indicators of two kinds of thoracic surgery during and after the operation were analyzed and compared .Re-sults In the group with the method of rib cage and continuous suture , the thoracotomy time , the postoperative pain , and the incidence of in-fection presented significant differences compared with the traditional group (P<0.05), while there were no evident differences in postopera-tive drainage volume,indwelling time and the occurrence of pleura thickening (P>0.05).Conclusion The method of rib cage and continu-ous suture on thoracic surgery has advantages of short chest closure time and mild postoperative pain , which is safe , feasible and effective .
