全面质量管理在医院护理管理中的效果

目的 探究采用全面质量管理（TQC）在医院护理管理工作的应用价值。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院230名护理人员作为研究对象，于2018年1月实施全面质量管理，其中2017年1月~12月为TQC实施前，2018年1月~12月为实施后。比较管理前后护理质量，护士理论知识、技能水平，护理不良事件、投诉情况。结果 管理后，各项护理质量得分均高于管理前；护理人员理论、技能水平均高于管理前；护理不良事件、投诉总数均低于管理前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 TQC能够有效提高护理管理人员工作质量，促进护理人员个人职业技能提升，降低医院不良护理事件发生率。

Effect of Total Quality Management in Hospital Nursing Management

Objective To explore the application value of total quality management (TQC) in hospital nursing management. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 230 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the research object, and total quality management was implemented in January 2018. Among them, January 2017 to December 2017 were before the implementation of TQC, and January 2018 to December 2018 is after implementation. Compare the quality of nursing care before and after management, the theoretical knowledge, skill level of nurses, adverse events and complaints of nursing. Results After management, all nursing quality scores were higher than before management; nursing staff theory and skill levels were higher than before management; the total number of adverse events and complaints of nursing were lower than before management,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion TQC can effectively improve the quality of nursing management, promote the personal professional skills of nursing staff, and reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events in hospitals.
