摘    要:
目的 分析合肥市肺结核疫情特征,为继续降低疫情,进一步落实防控措施提供科学依据。方法 收集2013-2017年《传染病报告信息管理系统》中合肥市肺结核疫情报告统计报表数据,并进行流行病学分析。结果 2013-2017年,合肥市活动性肺结核报告发病率为51.4/10万~64.9/10万,菌阳肺结核报告发病率范围为15.5/10万~23.1/10万,均呈下降趋势。各县(市)区肺结核发病率总体呈下降趋势,县级发病率较市区高。全年均可发病,以第一季度病例最多,占26.6%。报告肺结核患者男女性别比为2.6∶1;男性报告发病率明显高于女性,分别为82.3/10 万和33.5/10 万;报告发病率随年龄段呈增长趋势,其中以75岁以上报告发病率最高,为209.2/10 万。发病人群中农民最多,占59.8%。5年共发生33起学校聚集性疫情,其中3起达到突发公共卫生事件,大学23起,占69.7%。结论 合肥市肺结核疫情整体呈下降趋势,但防控工作还存在薄弱环节和重点关注方面,需要继续加强工作力度和开展创新模式。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the characteristics of tuberculosis epidemic in Hefei City and to provide scientific basis for continued reduction of the epidemic situation and further implementation of prevention and control measures. Methods The statistical report data of tuberculosis epidemic report in Hefei City from 2013-2017 Infectious Disease Report Information Management System was collected and analyzed for epidemiology. Results From 2013 to 2017, the reported incidence of active tuberculosis in Hefei City was 51.4/100,000-64.9/100,000, and the reported incidence of mycopositive tuberculosis was 15.5/100,000-23.1/100,000, both showed a downward trend. The incidence of tuberculosis in counties(cities) was generally declining, and the incidence at the county level was higher than that in urban areas. The disease can occur throughout the year, with the largest number of cases in the first quarter, accounting for 26.6%. Reported that the sex ratio of tuberculosis patients was 2.6:1; The reported morbidity of males was significantly higher than that of females, 82.3/100,000 and 33.5/100,000, respectively. The reported morbidity increased with age, with the highest reported incidence of 209.2/100,000 over 75 years old. Farmers were the most affected population, accounting for 59.8 %. In the five years, there were 33 school cluster epidemics, of which 3 reached public health emergencies and 23 universities, accounting for 69.7%. Conclusion The overall tuberculosis epidemic in Hefei City is declining, but there are still weak links and key areas of attention in the prevention and control work. We need to continue to strengthen our efforts and carry out innovative models.
