四磨汤联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗小儿消化不良腹泻的临床效果分析

目的 探讨四磨汤与酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合应用治疗小儿消化不良腹泻的临床疗效。方法 选取咸阳中心医院2019年6月至2020年5月收治的98例小儿消化不良腹泻患儿作为研究对象,应用单盲随机法,分为观察组(四磨汤联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散)和对照组(酪酸梭菌二联活菌散)各49例,观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患儿的治疗有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),而恶心呕吐消失时间、大便性状改善时间、腹痛症状消失时间比对照组更短(P＜0.05),中医证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05),不良反应发生率与对照组对比无显著差异(P＞0.05)。结论 四磨汤与酪酸梭菌二联活菌散的联合应用,在小儿消化不良腹泻的临床治疗中具有显著的疗效,可以加快临床症状的消退,改善其消化功能,恢复正常的营养摄取,为患儿的健康提供良好的保障。

Clinical effect analysis of Simo decoction combined with clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders in the treatment of children with dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Simo decoction combined with clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders in the treatment of children with dyspepsia. Methods 98 cases of children with dyspepsia admitted to The Central Hospital of Xianyang from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into observation group (Simo decoction combined with clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders) and control group (clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders) with 49 cases in each group. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The disappearance time of nausea and vomiting,improvement time of stool characteristics and abdominal pain symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The traditional China medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion Simo decoction combined with clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders in the clinical treatment of children with dyspepsia has significant curative effect,can accelerate the regression of clinical symptoms,improve its digestive function,restore normal nutritional intake,and provide good protection for children's health.
