螺旋CT与腹部X线平片对急性肠梗阻的早期诊断效能比较

目的 比较螺旋CT与腹部X线平片对急性肠梗阻早期诊断效能。方法 回顾分析2017年6月~2019年6月在我院诊治的104例急性肠梗阻患者临床资料，患者均行腹部X线平片及螺旋CT检查，比较两种检查方法敏感度、特异度以及诊断准确性。 结果 螺旋CT诊断急性肠梗阻敏感度86.53%、特异度80.00%，高于腹部X线平片的67.30%、65.71%（P＜0.05）；螺旋CT诊断小肠梗阻、结肠梗阻、机械性肠梗阻、绞榨性肠梗阻的准确率均高于腹部X线平片（P＜0.05）。结论 螺旋CT对急性肠梗阻的早期诊断准确率高，并且可以更加准确定位肠梗阻位置、原因，为临床的有效治疗提供可靠的参考依据，具有重要临床应用的价值。

Comparison of Early Diagnosis of Acute Intestinal Obstruction by Spiral CT and Plain X-ray of Abdomen

Objective To compare the early diagnostic efficacy of spiral CT and plain abdominal X-ray films in the diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with acute intestinal obstruction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were reviewed. The results of X-ray and spiral CT in the abdomen were performed to compare the sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of the two methods.Results The sensitivity of spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction was 86.53% and the specificity was 80.00%, which were higher than those of plain X-ray films of 67.30% and 65.71%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The accuracy of spiral CT in the diagnosis of small intestinal obstruction, colon obstruction, mechanical intestinal obstruction and strangled intestinal obstruction was significantly higher than that of abdominal X-ray plain film,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Spiral CT has a high accuracy rate for the early diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction, and can more accurately locate the location and cause of intestinal obstruction. It can provide a reliable reference for effective clinical treatment and has important clinical application value.
