新冠肺炎流行期间医学实习生的知信行现状及就职意愿影响调查

目的 了解医学实习生对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的知识、态度、行为现状,以及此次疫情对其就职意愿的影响。方法 采取方便抽样法,利用自行设计的新冠肺炎相关知识-态度-行为及就职意愿影响调查问卷,通过网络平台对医学专业实习生进行调查,运用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计分析。结果 问卷填答的有效率为94.55%(1110/1174)。网络和电视广播是其获取新冠肺炎相关信息的主要途径。医学实习生新冠肺炎的知识平均得分为(6.83±1.47)分,不同人口学特征(性别、专业、学历)的医学实习生在新冠肺炎的认知水平上有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。1110名实习生中有33.4%表示自己的就职意愿几乎没有受到影响,43.3%的人认为自己因此次疫情受到的影响是正面的。结论 医学实习生对COVID-19的认知水平一般,且不同人口学特征人群间存在差异,建议学校有针对性地开展健康教育,以提高医学实习生对新冠肺炎的整体认知水平,进而促进其身心健康。

A survey of the COVID-19-related knowledge,attitude,practice and the impact of willingness to work among medical interns

Objective To understand COVID-19-related knowledge,attitude,practice and the impact of willingness to work among Medical interns.Methods Using convenient sampling,we carry out an online survey among medical interns with self-designed questionaire about the COVID-19-related knowledge,attitude,practice and willingness to work on February 24 to 26,2020.And SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The effective response rate of completing questionnaire was 94.45%(1110/1174).The Medical interns mainly obtained the COVID-19-related information mainly through the websites (95.5%) and television broadcasts(80.1%).Their average score of COVID-19 knowledge was(6.83±1.47).The score of interns were statistically significant in different gender,major and education background(P＜0.05).33.4% of the interns said their willingness to work had been virtually unaffected;43.3% of them said the effect of COVID-19 on them was positive.Conclusion Medical interns have a general level of knowledge about COVID-19,and there are differences among different groups.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out health education to ensure Medical interns’ physical and mental health.
