摘    要:目的 了解多酚类化合物及其与肠黏膜机械屏障的相互作用,为从多酚类化合物方面维持肠道健康提供参考依据。 方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)和PubMed数据库,对国内外有关多酚类化合物及肠黏膜机械屏障的相关文献进行综述。 结果 多酚类化合物对肠黏膜屏障功能的影响与肠道菌群、肠道炎症及能量代谢有关。结论 饮食中的多酚类化合物可改善肠黏膜机械屏障功能,从而影响与肠黏膜机械屏障功能受损有关疾病的发生和发展。

Abstract:Objective To understand polyphenols and their interaction with the intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier, and to provide reference for maintaining intestinal health from the perspective of polyphenols. [WTHZ]Methods The databases of CNKI and PubMed were searched, and the domesticand foreign literatures about polyphenols and the intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier were reviewed. [WTHZ]Results The effect of polyphenols on the function of intestinal mucosal barrier was related to the intestinal flora, the intestinal inflammation and energy metabolism. [WTHZ]Conclusion Dietary polyphenols can improve the function of the intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier, thus affecting the occurrence and development of diseases related to impaired function of the intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier.
