| 摘 要： | 【摘要】 Mohs显微描记手术是切除皮肤肿瘤的理想术式。本文2例Merkel细胞癌患者行改良Mohs显微描记手术切除肿瘤,随访1年余,肿瘤未复发。与传统扩大切除术相比,改良Mohs手术是Merkel 细胞癌患者更好的选择。

| Abstract: | 【Abstract】 Surgical resection is the preferred treatment of Merkel cell carcinoma, and Mohs micrographic surgery is an ideal method for resecting skin tumors. Intraoperative frozen pathological section in traditional Mohs surgery is changed into paraffin-embedded pathological section in modified Mohs micrographic surgery, which is more suitable for highly malignant tumors. In this article, two elder patients with Merkel cell carcinoma both received modified Mohs micrographic surgery for the excision of tumors. During more than 1 year of follow-up, no recurrence was observed. Compared with traditional extended resection, modified Mohs micrographic surgery is a better choice for patients with Merkel cell carcinoma. |
